By accessing and using Rebel Terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.
2. Use of Service
Rebel Terminal provides macro-financial research tools, ML-powered dashboards, and analytical content for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instruments.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, models, research, and tooling provided through Rebel Terminal are the property of MacroSynchronicity Labs. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any predictions, models, or analytical outputs. Past performance does not indicate future results.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroSynchronicity Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses based on predictions, data interruptions, or service unavailability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform; (c) use automated scripts to access the service beyond documented API rate limits; (d) impersonate another user or entity; (e) redistribute or resell data obtained from the platform without express written permission.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any prepaid subscription fees for the remaining billing period will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
